Q.Can you get in without an appointment?
We are sorry. This service is not available without a reservation.
Q.When can I book dates more than a week in advance?
Reservations will be accepted 7 days in advance at midnight.
Q.Do you include children in the number of people?
Please make a reservation without including preschool children in the number of persons.
Please include children of elementary school age and older in the number of guests in your reservation.
Q.What to do in case of cancellation?
Enter the “Reservation details inquiry screen” from the URL provided in the e-mail you receive when your reservation is accepted, enter the “Reservation number” and “Authentication key” provided in the e-mail, and press the “Reservation details” button.
Confirm the reservation details displayed and click “Cancel Reservation”.
Q.Can I be on a waiting list?
You can register for the waiting list on the reservation site.When a cancellation occurs, a reservation confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the first person on the waiting list.Please note that even if you wait in the store, you will not be able to get inside the store.
Q.Do I have to present anything when I make a reservation?
Please show us the automatic email sent at the time of booking
(From: reservation@airrsv.net, Subject: Confirmation of Reservation).
We will see the reservation date, time, and your name. We may ask for your ID to confirm your name.
Q.If I can’t make it on the day at STRANGER PRONTO, can I give the right of my reservation to someone?
Please use only the person who made the reservation. If you are unable to come on the day of your reservation, please cancel your reservation from the reservation e-mail URL.
An e-mail will be sent to the customers on the waiting list.
Q.Can I use the reservation in someone else’s name?
Only the person who made the reservation and his/her companion may use the reservation slot.Reservation slots given to you by another person can not be used.We may ask you to confirm that you are the person who made the reservation.

Q.Are there any restrictions on the hours of use?
The store will be available for one hour from the time of entry per person.
Q.I made a reservation for 2 persons, can it be changed to 3 persons?
If a reservation slot is available, it can be changed, but we are currently almost full and cannot accept changes in the number of people.
Q.Can we make a reservation for 4 people?
It is possible if you make two separate reservations.
Q.Do I need to make a reservation even for take-away?
Reservations are required even for take-away.

Q.Will I be able to go inside of STRANGER PRONTO on time?
Please note that it may take 20 to 30 minutes for all guests to be served.

Q.What time should I be at the store by?
Please come to the store by 20 minutes at the latest.(If you have an 11:00 a.m. appointment, please arrive by 11:20 a.m.)
Q.Are seats assigned?
Customers are requested to select an available seat by themselves.
Seated seats are 10, and all other seats are standing and cannot be assigned.
Q.If I make two separate reservations, will they be at separate tables?
You can enjoy next to one another if seats are available.

Q.How can I get a coaster?
One card will be given per Stranger Things collaboration drink.

Q.Can’t you just take a picture?
We are sorry. You cannot take a picture of inside without a reservation.
